Note: this article is not about prostitution related to a 3rd party.

If 2 people can legally consent to sex, and if 2 people can legally consent to giving away money, why can't you combine the 2 and make it legal?

Prostitution is illegal for 3 reasons.

1.The reason is that we live in a constitutional republic. If not for that, prostitution would likely be illegal, at least in much of the country. However, laws against prostitution prohibit a particular commercial transaction. They don't implicate rights to privacy and freedom of association.

2.The 2nd reason is people do not pay taxes for it. When prostitution happens, it becomes part of the underground market, much like paying your landlord in cash, or a babysitter in cash. In that case, prostitution will always be illegal. People do not pay the taxes from the money they earned in prostitution.

Do you know what females think about sex, whether she pursues or whether the men pursue? That it pleasures the men more and not herself more. (Because if they were equally pleasureable for both parties, no transaction of money is needed.). Therefore, give her the money, and the pleasure from sex is all to you.

Well the federal and state governments think it shouldn't be that way. They think men should be able to have consensual sex for free. You can't touch someone without them being touched. So they think of prostitution as a theft, especially when the female is the 1st to offer. A lot of men have lost lots of money from prostitution that resulted from females being the 1st to pursue. This is a way to protect men that are victims from the evil deceptions of women.

Prostitution laws are a way to help men save money.

And what if men are the 1st to pursue?

If you go up to a female and ask her for sex, and she said no, therefore causing you to offer her money, the moment she said no meant it was going to be a rape. That you throw money to her after the rape didn't change the rape. It's like running past a stop sign, and then driving a couple feet back to go behind the stop sign.

The only time you would offer a girl money is if she wouldn't have sex with you, (for free), thus making it a rape.

If she said yes, then you would have had sex for free, and that would not be prostitution.
